Still love it eventhough....

I bought this baby monitor 3 monts ago and the monitor stop charging. Contacted customer service, Shalamar was helping me with the issue and sent the replacement. Other than that, i love this camera. We have 2 kids so two camera features is needed.

I’ve had this monitor for almost a year. Ow and I love it! Had a small issue with the plug. Levana was quick at fixing it and followed up after the fact to make sure my issue was resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this monitor about 7 months ago and have used it since. I love that I can easily switch between 2 cameras to check on my 3 year old and 4 month old. The battery also lasts a good amount of time. I did start to have issues with charging the monitor. The plug had to be held just right to charge. I called customer service and spoke to Shalamar. She quickly got it taken care of and is sending me a replacement. Great customer service!

After extensive research, my husband and I decided on this baby monitor. We received it as a gift from our baby registry, and we could not be happier with our choice. We have tested it out and are impressed by the video quality and sound quality. You can see clearly in the dark and sound is very clear on monitor and through camera. We love the fact that it comes with two cameras and we can have a split screen looking at different angles. Also, the feeding timer is a nice bonus feature! So happy with our gift!

I bought this monitor about 8 months ago and the monitor started giving me problems with charging. I called the customer service, talked to Melissa, and she sent a replacement request right away and a new monitor will be delivered within the next couple of days. Great customer service!

I absolutely love this touch screen camera - it has various features I did not realize (time, temperature, ability to play a lullaby, etc.). It was also super easy to set-up (which I greatly appreciate given I am not tech savy).
