We bought this monitor 2 months ago and have had no problems. Picture quality is good even in low lighting and being able to pan the video is great if she moves. Sound quality is good. We love the white noise feature and use it every night. It allows us to check on our daughter without disturbing her. I also really like knowing the temp of the room.

Overall great double monitor

I’ve been using this monitor for 5 months now, although it has some cons,it my favorite monitor ive ever used. We have a 3 year old and 5 month old. This was one of the only monitors I found that had everything I wanted, including being able to see both of my girls rooms on one screen, at the same time. I can have both cameras side by side on the screen, or it can cycle back in fourth between both cameras (with sound also), or if only the baby is sleeping I can just leave it on hers. I wanted temperature display, brightness adjustment, large touchscreen, zoom, Pan, scan. This monitor and camera does all of that, well. It also has the added bonus of a feeding and nap timer and lullabies,I don’t use those but I love having the option. I really only have two complaints. The battery sucks. We have to keep it plugged in all the time. If you like to keep the monitor on for a couple hours, the battery dies in less than 2-3. You can click the screen off and the sound still works, this saves the battery a little. But i put my girls down for bed and want to keep the monitor out in the living room while we watch tv for a couple hours and it starts dying so fast. Which yes I can just plug it in, but we also keep it at our bedside at night to watch over our 3 year old. So every night we have to plug it in in the living room until we go to sleep, and then quietly plug it back into the room when we do go to sleep and hope to not wake up the baby doing so in the dark. An extra battery or extra plug would help. Or just a longer lasting battery. Also, even though the camera is great quality’s during the day, the night vision could use some work. It needs to be pretty close up to see good, but i do love that I can scan, zoom, tilt all the way around the room from the touchscreen monitor and it is so quiet you can’t even hear it move! Overall I would highly reccomend it, especially if you have more then one room you want to watch. If they could fix the super short battery life I would have left 5 stars. Even with a few downfalls, I wouldn’t trade it for something else.

This is my second Levana monitor. We previously had the Astra monitor and loved it. But unfortunately we broke it and searched for something to replace that monitor, well that’s when the Willow monitor came up and we bought it right away. We were helped in making our decision from an amazing customer service agent named Donna. She really helped us find the monitor that fit our needs. Love every feature, especially the option to play lullabies , which are a life saver if our son wakes in the middle of the night. Love the quality of the cameras as well.

Great quality

We bought this after having issues with our Motorola 5” monitor. The quality on this compared to that one is night and day. This monitor has such a clear picture it’s worth every penny and gives us peace of mind now that our son is sleeping in his crib.

Great price for the features

This unit replaced our 5 year old Motorola monitor after it broke. The features are great and picture quality is very good. The picture gets choppy when my child is moving around but I dont find it to be a big deal. I did have an issue with the power cord not attaching securely to the monitor. It kept just falling out on it's own. I reached out to customer service and they were amazing. One of the reps (Daniela) responded almost immediately and they are sending a replacement unit. So not only is this a very good product but the support is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
