breaks but great quality

WE have already bought two and are about to but the third. Each lasts about 13 months. Great monitor but breaks easy.

We got this as a gift from our baby registry and i absolutley love i! Except for the fact that our son is 3 months old and it wont charge anymore! I have heard nothing but great things about this monitor. I am assuming that its just defective! overall great product

I bought this monitor and cameras because we are expecting baby #2. We had the Ayden and liked the ease of use of the product so wanted to go with Levana again. We found this on sale and it has been great! I love how the camera can pan and tilt to get a full view on the room! The monitor is very sensitive which has been a bit tricky as we use a sound machine with our one year old however we have gotten it to work for us. The screen is great; I am excited to see it with both cameras in use soon! Very user friendly with a great range. We can go anywhere in the house and yard without losing reception! The screen is slightly delayed when turning it on or off however it’s not a big deal. I really like the temperature and clock on the monitor as well. Overall LOVE this monitor!!

I bought this monitor a few months ago and have been using it for our first child. I bought the 2 cameras on sale at a great price as we have #2 on the way! Our first monitor was a Levana Ayden model and we like it so much we upgraded to the Willow. I love the pan and tilt features on the camera to be able to scan the whole nursery if needed. The camera is very sensitive to sound and we use a sound machine which we had to adjust for but it worked out very well. The screen is slightly delayed from when you push the button or sound turns it on but it’s only a minor delay. The one other thing that was inconvenient is when we first got it we didn’t want to hang it on the wall right away but it was difficult to have just sitting on top of a dresser or shelf to get a good angle on the crib. Once we hung it upon the wall it’s absolutely amazing, you can see everything! Overall LOVE this monitor and would recommend it to anyone!

We head a previous levana that we loved but unfortunately it only lasted about 6 months before it wouldn’t charge and eventually turned off constantly. I was so impressed with their customer service. They gave us the willow as a replacement. The clarity and night vision is amazing better than our previous levana! Much better than my sisters who has a different brand. The pan feature is also great. I just set it up and it wouldn’t charge though. I contacted Darrielle in customer service and immediately helped me figure out it was just the cord and they already have another on the way. Great customer service.
