Great Investment

I received this as a gift and I'm thrilled with it so far. It looks like I'll be able to talk to our little one through the intercom, play lullabies, see her clearly and even check the temperature of her room. It's exactly what we were looking for!

I did my research on a lot of different models and this one seemed to fit my needs especially based on the great reviews written on it. It was very easy to use and set up, however the battery life on it never lasted very long. I live in a very small home, and for some reason I keep losing connection(especially when I go outside) and when there is connection, the video is slow and delayed. I wouldn't recommend this model

Performs as advertised. Easy and intuitive to operate. Video quality is acceptable and runs alongside 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi with no problem.

Was gifted this at our baby shower and it’s got everything I want in a monitor! We’ve got two kids, and this is compatible with more than one camera. Plus it’s capable of changing angles. I love the touch screen and the night vision as well.

I bought this baby monitor for my new born son and it worked as per expectation. The night mode is great and removed lot of worries from kid care.

I bought this to replace a Summer video monitor that the battery doesn't last more than hour after 2 years of use. So far so good for the Willow. Great features, good camera, nice touchscreen.

Tons of Problems

I have had this unit for less than a year and already have had 2--TWO problems with it. First the camera would turn off whenever it felt like it. I was sent a new cord, did nothing. Then they replaced the entire unit. NOW the monitor power adapter only works if I wiggle it 'just so'. Replacements require a deposit in order to keep your current unit until the new one arrives. For claiming peace of mind for parents, my mind sure isn't peaceful. I'll look elsewhere next time.
