great features, easy to use, but horrible picture!

I originally had a Levana Stella which I love, but is unfortunately discontinued. I am expecting baby number 2 and really wanted to be able to have a split screen function, so I ordered a willow. I reallllly wanted to love this monitor.. The touch screen, split screen, ease of use were all A+.. however the most important part in my opinion is the video quality which is HORRENDOUS!! My 2 year old looked like a blob during his day time nap and at night. I do NOT feel comfortable using this monitor with a newborn baby at all! In the process of being returned and now on the search for a 2nd stella monitor to use in scan mode instead because Id rather be able to see my child clearly than have a touch screen or split screen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use. Nice big screen. Great range. Built in sound machine so no need to spend the extra money. And the absolute best customer service

Just bought this monitor so we could have a dual screen function for our toddler and new baby’s room. I’m impressed! Easy to set up, great picture, love the features. So glad I purchased!!

Bought this monitor to replace another brand double monitor that recently broke. The picture quality is amazing, the video lags a bit and can sometimes be choppy, but everything else makes up for it. Lullaby feature is great, sleep mode is awesome. Battery life far surpasses my old monitor. Love it!

We’re very happy with our purchase of the Willow 5” PTZ baby monitor. Overall, we’re satisfied with the image quality. We love the PTZ feature of the camera as it allows us to view the entire nursery. However, when zoomed in, the image quality isn’t the greatest.

I love the zoom function and the ability to move the camera from the touch screen monitor. The microphone recording the room is amazing (so good it picks up background noise) and the built in sound machine is really helpful. The only downfall is the quality of either the camera or the monitor screen- The picture quality is not super clear.

After reading a million mixed reviews on video monitors, I came across a website which listed the Levana Willow as a top 2018 baby monitor. This was one of the only baby monitors with ALL positive reviews. It definitely does not disappoint.
