Finally Peace of Mind

We bought this monitor 2 weeks ago, almost immediately after bringing our baby home and realizing he would only sleep well in the bassinet in our bedroom. This has given us so much peace of mind. We are able to move around the house and continue with activities, all the while knowing we can see that the baby is ok. The features are amazing - the lights that indicate sound, the temperature gauge, and the wide screen with perfect picture quality. This has been a life saver!

Love it but charge connection broke

Great product works great in low light. Only issue is the small piece of copper that makes the charge connection broke. Cannot charge the monitor now.

We bought it before baby was here and tested it with our dogs haha! I love the temperature feature on the screen, the fact that it’s rechargeable! No nasty batteries ! I love that you can zoom and move the camera without being in the room it works well! The sound is clear and the talk back feature is great (my dogs would listen to commands in the baby room haha). Love the slip screen and that you can add up to 4 cameras. The screen and menu is easy to navigate and change options.
The one thing I was really looking for in a monitor was the “sleep mode” that the screen can actually be turned off and it turns back on if there’s noise! And you can adjust the sensitivity the screen turning on to the sound which is so awesome! The image is also really good and clear ! I like that I can adjust the brightness too.
The lullabies are a nice touch and you can adjust the volume!
I honestly don’t have anything negative to say except that the antenna doesn’t look very sturdy. I’m afraid that if it falls by accident it will definitely break! But if that’s the only bad thing with this video monitor I’m totally okay with it! Every other feature is great!

So my camera went down and now were do we go from here. Suzanne! To the rescue when I spoke to her in the phone her customer service was phenomenal she made the whole warranty say as it can get. The product itself is great we had to go through 6 other types of monitors to find the perfect one. Would highly recommend it we love our camera. Has all the right features we were looking for.

Good video and sound monitor

We previously had a Motorola video monitor. The sound in the parent unit went out after our warranty was up. Ended up buying an expensive sound only monitor so we could still use the video of the Motorola model. Got tired of carting two monitors up and down daily so went with the Levana Willow model based on the positive reviews.
Overall, we like this monitor but here are our concerns...
Charging port - the part of the charging cable that goes into the parent unit is loose once inside, and is difficult to get in.
Battery life - is pretty good when it's fully charged.
Picture quality - I think it's good for night vision mode but husband was expecting it to be a bit clearer.

Our biggest concern - the monitor won't turn off when you press the power button. The display goes to a power save mode but won't let you turn it off.
