Very easy to set up and use! The sound isn’t the greatest, but I would buy it again due to the ease of set up and use.

Has everything you need with extras

We have had the monitor for a few weeks now. Night vision is great. PTZ function is quiet and works well. No issues with the function of the camera or monitor display. Sleep mode is a great function and works well.
Downfalls-Audio only function on monitor still has the camera working so does not seem to be 'audio only'. Changing the volume of the lullaby's does not change the volume of them on the camera unit-they are all VERY loud even with volume setting at the lowest. Monitor doesn't turn off if camera unit is on.
Overall, great purchase.

Great monitor

I received the monitor as a gift and I absolutely love it! The features are great, the product appears both durable and reliable and it’s extremely easy to set up and use. I love how you have the option to play either white noise or music right from the camera and the video quality is wonderful. I have owned the monitor for a little over 3 months and have not had any issues thus far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Money Well Spent!

Preparing for the arrival of our baby meant that we were spending a lot of money in a short period of time. We initially decided that we didn't need to spend money on a baby monitor as there were many other things that we still needed to purchase. My colleagues surprised me with a collection of money and I decided to splurge and get the Willow video monitor.Wow! In hindsight, this video baby monitor should have been one of the first things that we purchased! As a first time Mom, you worry about every sound (or even lack of sound) from your little one. The images are very clear even in low light. If you have a night light close enough to the camera the images will be in colour even in the night. The sound is also very clear. The first month I made use of the alarm until I got used to my little one's routines. I didn't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, when I have the monitor in the kitchen it loses it's signal when I use the microwave. Second, the battery life could be longer (we use it at night and during the day) but we get around it by plugging it in to charge while I'm nursing him. This was definitely money well spent!
