Great product and excellent customer service!

I purchased this monitor and have been extremely happy with the quality. The monitor works great! It was an open box monitor. It came like it was brand new. The monitor was functioning perfectly but we had an issue with the charging port. We contacted Levana with this issue and received support very quickly. They will be sending out a replacement monitor. This has been excellent customer service and we have been so happy with the product. I spoke with a customer service rep named Daniela who did a wonderful job assisting us with all of our concerns. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great monitor for viewing multiple rooms

Love this system for viewing multiple rooms on the same device. Sound quality is great and it is really easy to set up. The night vision isn't the greatest quality, but certainly good enough to get the job done. The touch screen requires a more forceful touch than used on a phone, but works well. I'd recommend to anyone like us who has children in multiple rooms.

This is an update to the previous review titled "Not Durable - Antenna." I had issues with the antenna breaking. However, customer service has since reached out and provided a solution.
This monitor is clear and is easy to use. With customer service responding to my concerns, I now rate this five stars.

Tilt/Pan/Zoom a Great Feature for Twins

This product was great for my twins who were in different cribs. Having the ability to have 2 cameras that both would zoom/pan/tilt was great reassurance that I would be able to monitor my babies closely. There are many features I didn't use but it would be nice to have if I only had one babe. The lullaby feature is nice and I did use it to calm my babes down to go to sleep once they were a little older. Having the monitor display the time was a nice touch as well. The unit did stop charging after 1.5 year and I couldn't replace the parent unit. So that was frustrating. Also I knocked the monitor off my dresser (3 ft high) and the antenna broke. Not the best quality. The temperature monitor isn't accurate but once I used the monitor for a while I knew what to set the too cold/too hot alarms at. This is a great feature.

Nice camera movement

I like this monitor, but it does miss some simple aspects. I don't like that you can't force it into Night Mode- for afternoon naps when the room isn't dark but it isn't light it's nearly impossible to see the baby on the monitor. And there isn't a movement alert like some of the cheapo cameras have. But I purchased this one because I could mount it on the wall and move the camera in all different directions. Overall it's okay, but I wouldn't have purchased it if I knew what I know now about the night mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After lots of research, I decided on this monitor and so far it’s been great! Love the pan, zoom, tilt option. Lots of control from the very large screen is a plus, too.

Sound quality

Sound quality on the monitor is so good that my wife and I were able to have conversation through it in separate rooms. There is a short lag time when moving the camera view but you can't hear the camera when it moves.
