Best feature: Peep mode

Had this monitor for 3mths now and, a few features I love and those that lack a bit:
Pros:
- Peep mode (power save mode) - this is by far the best feature which I haven't seen on other brands, it only turns on the camera when a baby makes noises, so you dont have to have the camera on all night long.. and much more reliable than an iphone app-based camera (those rarely worked consistently)
- Lulliby mode - our little guy seems to only settle down with the white noise going, and I love I can remotely turn this on... although there is a flaw (see below)
- Big screen
Cons:
- Image quality could be better (especially this day in age, 1080p should be standard)
- Design flaw on lulliby mode - even if you set the sensitivity of the power save model to the lowest and you set the lulliby volume to 2 bars, it turns on the monitor (because the sound itself is coming from the camera, it turns on the monitor)
- Battery life - not the greatest, but apparently we received a unit with a defective battery - but kudos to the tech support, they sent me a fresh new battery replacement without any issues (and very pleasant to deal with).

Great Features & Reliable Quality

I have tried several monitors and am very picky about many features. My biggest concern in a monitor is the sound. This monitor has good, quality, clear sound. It can even pick up sounds from a nearby room, like if my child gets up to go to the bathroom. The talk-back feature also has good sound -- my child can clearly hear me when I speak through the parent monitor, and I can hear my child clearly. Other monitors I've tried, we wind up having to repeat ourselves before we can understand one another. I also love the tilt-pan option. This allow me to position the monitor from the parent control and be able to see pretty much the entire room. The night vision has good quality, and the quality in a lit room is exceptional. The picture does blur a bit with movement, which I feel could be improved upon. I also like the temperature feature on the display; however, I feel the temperature does not monitor accurately and seems to be at least 3-5 degrees off (usually registering higher than the room actually is). The temperature alert features are great, allowing you to set a top & bottom temperature to alert you if the temps reach these thresholds. This is especially important to our family, where our room is on a different level than our child's, and on an entirely different heating/cooling system -- so if this system fails, the monitor will alert us. Having the current time on the parent monitor display is also a great feature. After trying other monitors that didn't have this, I realized just how much I used the time display. We've had the monitor for a couple of months now, and so far, the battery life is holding firm and looking good.

Least durable monitor ever

We have been through 2 monitors and both have snapped antennas, which render the unit useless, after minor drops. The first unit also had issues with the charging port. We aren’t rough users so I would not purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We just received this for our baby shower and we already set it up in the babies room. It was super easy to set up and we love all the features it comes with. We recommend this monitor!

We bought this after our monitor of a different brand stopped working. The picture is clear, screen is a nice size, and it is very easy to operate. I am so much happier with this monster than our old one!

Love the monitor, but one small problem

We bought the Willow 5 Inch Touchscreen after doing a lot of research. The monitor is for a 2nd child, and for our first we did not have a video monitor. We really love the safety features of this monitor -- having stayed away from video monitors with our first child for fear of hackers. This monitor is everything we wanted!
There's just one small problem -- the adaptor on the handheld unit doesn't plug and unplug from it's power cord very easily, and it's already broken (after less than one month)! Hopefully this is just a defect that won't happen again -- we'll see after we contact the warrantee department! I'm very optimistic, because we simply love this monitor and its such a small, but important, thing to have a problem with.

Purchase last month after my summerton monitor screen broke. Very happy with this monitor, we love that it plays music thru speaker so baby can hear it. I was a little worried about the touch screen with a 2 yr old but it’s durable I love everything about it. Worth the money!
