Overall I really like this monitor.

I bought this monitor about a month ago, overall I love this set up. Love that it has some many options. I’m expecting my second baby and love that this monitor has the split view! Love love love that I can move the camera also. The only thing that I don’t like about this monitor is that sometimes it picks up a lot of interference. which is super annoying. Also I think the kick stand needs to be moved to the center of the monitor. Having it off to the side makes it fall over very easy! But overall the good out weighs the bad so I would definitely recommend this to my momma friends.

I bought this almost 2 years ago but needed to return for some repairs. I dealt with Melissa and it was a very pleasant.encounter. No one likes to return things, however, it was sent, and returned to us very quickly and professionally. We are very happy to have back as we live the product. Be sure to get a 2nd Years warrantee it is well wort it.

Best Video Monitor out there

I am so happy I found this monitor! I tried top of line Motorola and Summers Infant monitors, they don't even compare.
The levana willow has:
- the best screen resolution I could find (800)
- 12 hr battery on the parent unit that charges fully in about 3 hrs
- smooth pan/tilt function on the camera
- amazing sound quality on the talk-back function
- great video quality for color and night time use
- good sensitivity to sound when the parent unit is sleeping
- sleep mode is perfect... Screen and video go off when the baby is quiet!
- lullabies can be turned on from parent unit, put on a timer, and include nature sounds
- bonus feeding/napping timer even reminds you what side to feed baby from

Great features but lacking picture quality

We owned an Astra by Levana previously and needed to update as we are expecting our second child in a few weeks plus our antenna broke on the Astra so we didn't have the best reception. So comparing the Willow to the Astra I like that its touchscreen, has more options, and bigger monitor but I'm disappointed in the picture quality on the monitor. I,thought the Astra was super clear but the Willow isn't as good. It's better than another brand monitor I tried but I guess I'm used to the Astra picture quality. Overall we are pleased and excited that we can monitor both our children with one monitor at hand!

Reliable Clear Screen and Sound

I love our baby monitor. The range of view it gets is very good and clear. The sound is great too. It is very easy to use. We got a second camera and it was very easy to pair it. I like that you can use the touch screen feature on the main screen to go from camera to camera and there is an option to leave both streaming. Highly recommend.

I received this for my baby shower, I had put on my registry after doing extensive research. It sure did the trick! Great monitoring! Love the night monitoring and all the features it has. Lens has a wide range and I love that you can control the camera from the touch screen. Will recommend to my friends!

Amazing Customer Service and Product

I absolutely LOVE this product. The quality of the camera is so good that I can actually see my daughter breathing (her chest rising etc) which for a FTM who finally lets their child sleep alone can be soooo important. Not to mention the audio quality and the features are amazing. It is also very easy to travel with I take it everywhere with me. After a few months I had a problem with my charging port and reached out to Levana. I was immediately answered and dealt with a wonderful customer service representative named Darrielle. She made the process so easy and always answered my emails within the hour if not faster. I mailed it on a Friday and by the following week I had my beloved replacement back

Being a first time mom I was nervous about picking out the best monitor. I’m so glad I picked the Levana 5’ screen monitor. I absolutely love it! It was easy to hang on the wall and I love the clarity of the picture!
