Reliable and Easy to Use

This was purchased for use in our nursery and it has been wonderful. The camera range is extensive, as is the range between camera and monitor. It is very helpful to be able to speak to the baby through the monitor without entering the room. I didn't realize there was a sound machine option included in this camera as well, and has a self timer, which has been a wonderful help! Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, but.......

We’ve been using the Willow for a little over three months now and enjoy most of the features provided. Unfortunately, the touch screen doesn’t handle a drop well and cracked when I went to slide it into my jacket pocket and missed. The feed from the camera still shows, however, the features accessed through the right half of the touchscreen do not. I was unable to move the camera which became a problem when my son stated scooting around his crib in his sleep. I tried to buy a replacement but the company doesn’t sell only monitors which is strange because they sell only cameras... I just received the replacement and am having issues pairing both sets which would have been helpful... if it hadn’t cracked so easily I would like this much more; maybe Levana should design a case as I’m sure life with kids means things will be dropped from time to time....

Great Monitor and Works Well!

My daughter has had the Willow monitor for over a year since her daughter was born in California. They all moved to the east coast to live near us and we spend a lot of time with her. We needed a way to monitor her during naps. Our daughter swore by the Willow, so we recently bought one. The set up was quick and easy. The pictures on the monitor look great. I have two cameras as does she. The great thing is that if one of us needs a third camera, we can always borrow and pair one with our system. Monitors have come a long way since my own children were little. I fell good that we have a monitor that will help us take great care of our granddaughter!

Great screen!

I have had the Willow monitor for 2 years and it works like the first day I got it. I dropped the screen and it landed right on the corner of a table, which shattered the screen. I was out of the warranty period, so absolutely had to order another because I love the monitor and all the features. The video quality is superb.

I love that I can trust my monitor and the video is so clear. I love the hand held size and that it is so easy to set up. Definitely recommend and great customer service from Daniela!

Great features

I am so glad we have this monitor! It has so many helpful features, the best being the "peep" mode, where you can turn the screen and sound off, but it will come back on if it detects noise from your baby. It allows us to sleep without constantly hearing the white noise machine or every tiny sound our daughter makes. We can use the split screen to see both of our daughters, which is great. I left 4 stars instead of 5 because the temperature gauge is horribly inaccurate- about 3 to 5 degrees off the real temperature. Still, I love this monitor.

Good monitor for the price

I did some extensive reviewing of baby monitors before ultimately buying this one. The image is good and night time viewing works well. Audio is great. My only complaints are that it looses signal pretty frequently and the charging cord is too loose so always falling out. If they fix their cord issues I would say this is worth the price.
