Useless as a double monitor

I’m sure it’s a wonderful as a single but it’s completely useless as a double monitor because you can only hear sound from one camera and it does not scan back and forth between the two for audio. At night when you sleep you’d have to choose which child you think might make noise and turn the audio to that one and I guess just hope the other child doesn’t need you?! I can’t imagine any parent with 2 children would be ok with this feature.

Camera went black

I received this monitor as a gift and after 3 months of use the camera has suddenly just went black. I am unable to see my baby anymore and the camera has not been dropped or had any damage done to it. Disappointed in the camera itself. The touch screen gives you a large screen to view your baby and is easy to use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this monitor as I had trouble hearing my crying baby and issues with camera.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice dual monitor!

I previous had the Stella model but had to purchase a new system since they discontinued the Stella and couldn't get another camera. The dual cameras with the dual screen on the monitor is very nice so I can monitor both children and at the same time. Only down side is I'm having trouble with the chargers not wanting to charge the monitor. Everything else is great!

I was given the Levana Willow as a shower gift and use it all the time! The picture quality is great - including the night vision.

Great peace of mind, but not my only monitor.

I bought this monitor when I started sleep training my daughter. I am very happy that I bought it, but it is not a perfect product.
Pros: I love being able to check on my baby without going into her room and disturbing her if she is just about to fall asleep. The pan/tilt/zoom feature is very nice and works well with the touch screen. The picture is pretty good during the day. The IR image at night isn't as good, but its still clear enough that I can tell what's going on in the crib. The battery life of the monitor is very good and the camera was easy to install.
Cons: I cannot use this as my only monitor at night because Sleep Mode doesn't really work. Even with the sensitivity is turned all the way down the white noise emitted by the camera (or the external white noise machine in the room) is enough to keep the monitor from going into sleep mode. Putting the monitor in and out of sleep mode is also very cumbersome since you have to go through several different menu screens. Also, the temperature is not accurate. It displays a temperature 3-6 degrees warmer than it actual room temperature. (I compared the monitor to two different thermometers.)

Over all, the video is great and I use this monitor every day. At night I rely on an audio only monitor to wake me up if my baby starts fussing, and then I will check the video monitor before going into her room.

Great product

We received this monitor at my baby shower 2 months ago! Tested it out and it has a great picture! Love the options of being able to set alarms and how it shows the actual time. Great monitor so far :) also the battery life is amazing!!! Especially when it’s on battery saving mode, we got almost 2 days out of it!

We bought one system before our kid was born and it worked well until we dropped the display and the screen cracked. We bought a second system because we needed a second monitor anyway. Overall I would say it works well although the reviews about the temp reading is correct. Once the camera warms up the temp is about 3 degrees higher than actual.
