Was not happy with the warranty at first. Made me look for all the original stuff like box, proof of purchase, etc... this was all during having a new born baby, moving to a new house, and being sick. Once we got through that hurdle they was finally helpful.

We received this monitor as a baby shower gift. We love the night vision camera, all the sound features and that we can speak into the room with our baby. Majority of the time we use the pan/tilt/zoom camera to check up on the baby and the mic to let us know when he is awake. There are minor instances the touchscreen does freeze or responds slowly but a quick restart(pull the battery) fixes the issue. Overall, very happy with the product and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Easy to use, functional.
Wall mount is great, love that it tells the temperature of the nursery. Overall a great product.

Does what we need

Has been great in our house. Sometimes if I go downstairs I have to put up the antenna for better reception, but it still works well. I love the sleep feature which causes it to only turn on when a noise is heard. I feel like the sensitivity is good so that it isn't turning on unnecessarily, but also catches baby whenever he is crying.

Split Screen is Awesome!

We bought this camera because we were expecting our second child and they would have separate bedrooms. I wanted the ability to see both our kids at the same time during their naps and bedtime. It was especially important for me to not have to switch between monitors and worry that I wasn't monitoring both kids at the same time. This camera does exactly what we need, we put one in our firstborn's room and one in the new nursery, the cameras work perfectly and we haven't had any issues yet!

My husband and I purchased this monitor after having read all of the amazing reviews. We were nervous as to which monitor we should purchase as we are first time parents. I am happy to report that this monitor did not disappoint. There are so many features that we love about this monitor including the fact that we can have alerts set up to let us know the temperature of the room, if there is movement in the room and we can set a timer on lullabies. We are absolutely pleased with this monitor and would recommend it to parents.

I received this as a baby shower gift and really like it so far. It was easy to set up, has a wide range of motion, and the picture quality is nice. I have not used the lullaby or talk back options yet, but love that they are there and can see myself utilizing them in the future!
