Just out of the box and video and sound quality is awesome! Video unit feels well made (I like the metal arm). Touch screen reactivness could use a little work but functions just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had this on my registry and was stoked to receive it! The monitor just shows a black screen half the time, when it does finally work it freezes. Disappointed in this item

We received this from family as a shower gift. The range is good, reaching our room across the house 50' with full signal. Also like the ability to talk back to the baby. Pretty slick.
Video quality isn't spectacular, but how perfect does it need to be?

We have had FOUR monitors since 2015. So far, this has been the best. Easy setup, even with adding a second camera. Great picture on a large screen. The touch screen is great. The split screen is perfect for 2 kiddos. I only wish that you could hear noise from either monitor while using split screen and that the screen could enter "sleep mode" while viewing split screen. Other than that, we would but this monitor again and again!

Wonderful range of motion! Easy to follow him anywhere. He moves around a lot so the fact that we can use the tilt and zoom features to follow him is wonderful. We plan to buy another camera for the basement.
