"HD" is a false claim

Neither camera or monitor are standard HD resolution therefore "HD" in the product title is misleading. Colours are washed even in bright light, no detail (very low resolution).
The quality of the sound for the "Talk" function (on the camera side) is not very good as well.
The lullaby sound on the camera cannot be decreased to a soothing level.
Signal level is good around the house.
Sound from baby's room decent.

Didn't work straight out of the box

I bought this monitor today and when I finished installing it to the wall and the cord through a plastic wall cover I plugged in the camera to find out that it won't even turn on. What a waste of my time

We have been happy with this monitor so far, but the camera has now failed after only 4 months of use. Will be claiming under warranty.

Decent Baby Monitor

This baby monitor is packed full of features. We love the lullabies and the ability to control them from the monitor and set a timer. We have a fairly big house and the baby's room is at one end, so, if we go to the other end of the house the signal doesn't reach very well (probably about 250-300 feet straight line). The pan and tilt work great. We love that feature! We love that there are no red light for night vision. We give the monitor 4 stars because of the range and video quality. It isn't quite what we expected from the description here.

Good quality, great features

This monitor has good video & sound quality, good range, and good design. But ultimately, it's usability is why I chose it. The "sleep mode" or "Peep Mode" is mandatory for our family, and the split screen w/a second camera makes it a winner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently brought the Willow Levana baby monitor. My baby is due very soon so I haven't used it to monitor a baby yet but I have set it up and familiarized myself with the features. So far, it is an easy monitor to use and the picture quality is very good! I like the added features such as temperature, lullabies, and a two-way talking system. This product was recommended to me by a friend who uses it and loves it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
