We had initially bought a different brand that had very poor video quality and zoom capability. So much happier with this product. Image is much clearer and we were able to get the perfect angle and zoom to see our baby in the crib.

We received this as a baby shower gift and were thrilled. When looking for the perfect baby monitor, this stood out by far as the best. A large touch screen, long range, and long battery life were important to us. This has all of those as well as the ability to add on more cameras down the road. We also loved that it was NOT wireless. Once we turned it on, the video is wonderful, as is the music and talk feature. We couldn't be happier!

Split screen and Power Save Mode Don't Together!

We Bought the unit last January as an upgrade to out exist Lorex Sweet Peep. We were expecting our second child and needed a system that could be expanded. I did a bunch of research and two features sold me on the Willow, the power save mode and the split screen.
Power save mode (aka Peep mode, aka VOX) works well. You set the sensitivity and the screen and sound shuts off until a certain level of movement or noise is detected. The screen then turns on for about 5 seconds. Good stuff.
The split screen also works fine (we bought an additional fixed camera for the nursery). It shows all pared cameras with some of the image cut off on the sides which is ok since you're going from wide screen to split screen. Touch the images to set focus and get sound from that camera then touch again to go full screen on that camera if you wish. Good stuff.
Now, you'd think the two features would work together seamlessly right? Well they don't and it's very disappointing.
I am very disappointed with the fact that the Power Save Mode only works with the camera that had the focus last before the monitor went to sleep. I was expecting it to monitor all paired cameras when in split screen mode and wake up with focus on the camera that triggered the wake up. Makes sense right?!
Since this is not the case and since there's no other option to scan the cameras you basically need to choose the child you want to monitor through the night with power save mode and will have check on any other pared cameras manually. If I would have known about this limitation before purchasing I would have probably kept shopping around because it completely defeats the purpose of what I was trying to accomplish in having this systems.
Only other comment is after about 4 months of use a white line is running across the screen. Need to call and make a warranty claim to get it repaired. Little disappointed in how quickly this happened.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Recently purchased to replace older monitor. Video is great and looks sleek. Setup took longer than expected. Had to sync camera even when it said it should come paired already. Otherwise a great unit and experience.

I received this monitor as a gift off my registry. I am so glad I did! As a fulltime nanny I have been through so many monitors but never one this nice! I love all of the features like the nap and feeding timers and the beautiful large picture!

We received this baby monitor for a shower gift and it is amazing. I love the night vision, temperature controls, and the nap/feed timer. It's super easy to use. Would definitely recommend it.

I bought this monitor to replace my old Motorola and this one is by far great. I love that i will be able to add a camara for my newborn. I currently use it for my two year old and i love view. I would give it a 5 star except ot seems to start dying and needing a charge in the early hours of the morning unless i use it audio mode only. Love it otherwise
