I bought this camera to replace a different brand that we had with my first child and it works well. Love the panning and temperature as well as the clarity.

I purchased two Willow monitors and four cameras last month from Costco. Overall I am very happy with the performance;
- Large monitor
- Single screen, dual or quad split screen options
- Touch screen, very responsive (can calibrate if needed)
- Menu very easy to navigate quickly

Limitations for monitoring multiple children:
- Sound can only be heard on one camera at a time.
- Cannot pair the same cameras to two monitors. In speaking with Levana customer support, this is due to security reasons.
- The infrared is sensitive to light. For example, the camera in the nursery is on the same wall and beside the curtains. The little light coming through the side impacts the infra red during the day. Two options, move camera or open curtians a little during nap time in the day.
- Sound can only be heard on one camera at a time.

The infrared night vision on one of the cameras stopped working after a week. Levana customer support was very quick to resolve by sending a new camera and a prepaid shipping label to return the defective camera. I appreciate the prompt effective response as I cannot be without a camera through the warranty process.
This is the third Levana product I have owned. The first model had a defective camera out of the box. It was returned to the Costco. The previous model was the Stella (sound on the monitor quit working) with very different features from the Willow. Overall it is a great improvement with the exception of monitoring sound in multiple rooms. The Stella model scanned all camera every few seconds. I miss this feature, as it is only offered in the Astera or Keera model.
I recommend purchasing from Costco for added support if required.

Great Features

My wife and I are using this monitor for our first child, and it is great. It picks up sound very easy, and the video quality is great, even in the dark. We have been using it for a couple months now. We do not use all of the extra features like feeding, nap, etc. But the basics are great. We also like that you can move the camera lens from the video screen, so we can follow our little one if he moves around in the crib.

Good enough monitor (although kind of overpriced!)

I've been using the Willow monitor for a few weeks now, these are my observations.
Pros:
- The battery life is excellent. I use it for several hours during the day without charging, and the battery only dipped down to 2/3
- It is fairly easy to set up and pair additional monitors (we have two)
- Sound is pretty sensitive and clear. I turn on the volume to the third bar and can pretty much hear all my baby's cries and whimpers at night
- Parental unit is touch screen, easy to navigate and use
- You can conserve battery by turning off the video function and just use it as an audio monitor when you are sleeping at night
- Pan and tilt functions work well, although it is a little slow
Pros:

- Sometimes the digital signal is lost and reconnects after a few seconds, it doesn't happen too frequently though
- The little green light at the back of the unit is annoying! In a dark room it is fairly bright. Depends on which orientation you mount the monitor, the light may be facing the baby which is not ideal! This defeats the purpose of the invisible night mode! But this is easily fixable by placing duct tape over it. The light is just an indicator that the monitor is on, it is not a sensor of any sort
- The monitor is advertised as HD but the images are far from HD in my opinion. Day time mode is just OK, and night mode is very blurry. The motions are not continuous either, there is a lag in the images you see. But I guess as long as you can tell the baby is crying and moving, it is good enough. We are not watching a movie on the monitor after all

Very Good Monitor system

Registered for this monitor set for our second little bundle as we were not happy with our first monitor system. Very satisfied with the extremely easy set up and use. We have since purchased two additional cameras and will probably be purchasing another for our family room. The clarity of the video could be slightly improved but overall we are very happy.

I registered for this after reading reviews. I recieved it as a baby shower gift. I hooked it up which was very easy and started using it with my four year old. I love it. It has everything that I was looking for in a video monitor. I cant wait to start using it with my baby. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a video monitor.
