Great when it works

Ive had this monitor for four months and the touch screen has been come and go. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Sounds

We just installed the Willow 5" Touchscreen HD PTZ Monitor as we await the arrival of our little one. The camera has a slight delay when moving on screen, but the picture over all is very clear. We love the lullabies and sounds that can be played through the camera as well!

After reviewing lots of different monitors I was so happy that we purchased the Levana Wilow. The set up was easy and the options are easy to navigate. The built in Lullaby feature is an added bonus since has a variety of options including white noise sound so we did not need to purchase a white noise machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works pretty well - few disappointing features.

Don't get me wrong - it works pretty well.
My complaints would be:
-the video quality is definitely not HD, and the zoom does nothing (not even digital zoom, just pixelates a smaller portion of video)
-the temperature sensor (as other people have mentioned) is pretty useless, it just heats up as the camera heats up
-the range is ok - I often get disconnections when 2 floors away in my house

How did I live without this??

I spent the first six months of my sons life convinced I didn't need a monitor. Then the rolling phase began...after the third night of rushing in to unnecessarily check on him, I knew it was time for a video monitor. I did extensive research and landed on the Willow. I wish now that I could have had this peace of mind all along! With one glance I can easily see exactly what he's up to in his crib. The white noise feature is a dream, calms him right to sleep. The picture is so clear that I can even see him breathing. My only complaint would be that the temperature is way off. We keep his room at 70 degrees but the monitor reads 86. Otherwise this is an excellent monitor and I highly recommend!

Sturdy and Reliable

I previously had a motorolla monitor ($$$) which ended up being flimsy and eventually stopped charging because the port broke. The Levana is sturdy and well made. Highly recommend.
