Great features

The Levana Willow monitor has great features, allowing you to zoom, pan and tilt to get the view you desire. The only drawback is the image may not be as clear when the camera is far. Make sure there isn't a glare due to sunlight/light in the room and adjust the angle as needed to help with image quality.

Decent monitor

Overall I think this monitor is pretty good
Pros:you can move the camera remotely, good picture, good rechargeable battery life, you can turn the screen off without turning off the monitor while you try to sleep, the kickstand to stand the monitor up is adjustable and sturdy, there are lots of extra features (temp monitor, feeding timer, music, etc)
Cons: Hard to/can't see baby during daytime naps, touch screen is hard to work
Overall I'm glad I bought this but those few cons really bug me

I just exchanged the Shiloh for the Willow. I love the monitor I just wanted the camera to be able to adjust, plus the willow plays music! Awesome monitor!

this is my second camera from Levana, and I love it. The first one was great and the "Willow" is my new updated camera and it did not disappoint. This is an awesome camera. The picture is clear and the interface is easy. I love the kickstand and how long the battery last. Great product at a decent price.

Simple Operation / Easy to Use / Battery Life Bad

We purchased this monitor about 4 months ago after having the I Baby monitor. The I Baby monitor was returned due to the fact it did not have many different mounting options and the IPhone interface was not as usable as expected.
At first use of this monitor and camera it has been great. Very easy to use and the mounting options are to our liking. However, the battery life is not as good as expected and the charging system has stopped woking all together. The monitor is completely not usable at this point. I am sending the monitor in for warranty, hopefully customer service will take care of these issues. I am rating this average because I do see the potential. We are hoping this is just a bad seed. I will post and re rate this product once the problems are addressed.
