We loved this from the moment we got it, set up was effortless!! Within the first few days of having a newborn baby we needed things simple due to lack of sleep, this was perfect.
We were also able to look at our daughter with the split screen. excellent!!

We bought this prior to our baby coming to be prepared. Super easy to set up, great range, features and size! We are so excited to use this as it will be perfect to keep an eye on our baby boy! So far so good, we love everything about it!

Have had this monitor for several months and absolutely love it. The "must-have" features like volume, pan and zoom are so easy to access even when fumbling around in the night. The picture and sound quality are both great and the battery life is awesome. I leave it unplugged all night and it still has 2 bars of power in the morning. Only "wish" is that I could go out in my yard and still have the monitor working.

Love this baby monitor

We purchased the Willow 2 camera set to replace our old Stella model which was discontinued. We love the new touch screen! It's so easy to navigate. Other features that we really like are the split screen and temperate setting, although, it is off a couple of degrees like others have said. We have a thermometer in baby's room so it's not a big deal for us. The picture quality is very good, even at night. The only this I miss from the Stella model is that when baby would make a noise, the monitor would automatically turn on. The Willow model doesn't do that. The sound kicks in, but you have to hit the button to turn on the screen. Other than that, we have no complaints. We are very happy that we got this new model.

We had andifferent video monitor, and it had a lot of options that we liked, like the temperature monitor, zoom and pan. This one has so much more and the options we loved about the other momitor we had. We LOVE the 5 inch screen and the fact that it can be wall mounted. I can see and hear our babe breathe (yep I'm that mom) and it has a great range. I'd definitely recommend this monitor to anyone! So happy with our purchase!

I am so thankful I got this camera! It is AMAZING! I had a few problems with the charger when I first received the product BUT Treasure was incredible at helping me get a replacement charger and get it fixed with as little hassle as possible! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding!

Good Monitor!

Overall, we are pretty happy with this monitor. We had an older monitor from Levana (Jena model), and it was a reliable so we decided to stick with Levana. But with a second baby on the way, we wanted to have a monitor that had a split screen function, and this seemed like a good choice. Initially we had a defective one in which the volume button did not work properly, but the customer service was helpful and they sent us a new one after trying to troubleshoot. The new one we received works much better!
Some things that could be improved is the video definition quality - it is pretty grainy (especially in night vision). This is more obvious because the screen size is so big.
Another thing that I don't like as much is that when put it on standby, the sound doesn't turn off. On our old monitor, the sound would turn off in standby, but turn back on when the baby cried. On the Willow, you have to leave the sound on if you want to hear the baby crying. This is kind of annoying because we leave a white noise machine on while our baby sleeps, and we have to listen to it constantly even in standby.
All in all, it's a good monitor that is worth looking into buying. We researched for a long time, and are happy with this purchase. We like all of the features (lullabies including white noise), nap timer, split screen, charging via mini-usb, etc.
