Amazing customer service

I recently purchased my first video monitor and loved the features of it but had some issues. I contacted customer service and received a response the next day. The customer representative Aleada helped me enormously. I was shipped out a replacement monitor within days. Unfortunately it too had some issues but once I contacted customer service they once again went over and beyond to fix my problem. I now have a working monitor and can't thank Aleada enough for all her help making sure we had a working monitor to keep a close eye on our 7 month old daughter

Amazing Monitor

I upgraded my Keera to the Willow. I loved the Keera but needed additional options since I am expecting another child. I love the Willow. The screen and sound is clear. And most importantly, the battery life is amazing. I have gone 2 days without having to charge; that includes using it overnight and for naps during the day. It is so great to not have to worry that my battery is going to die. I tried 3 different brands and monitors before finding Levana. It truly is the most amazing baby monitor. Thank you so much!

This product is great! it has so many features, and is so easy to use. The quality of the camera is also really good, you can see a lot on the monitor.

I did a lot of research on baby monitors and decided this one was the best one to register for. We ended up receiving it as a gift and we absolutely love it! It was easy to set up and we love all of the cool features. This is the first baby monitor that we have owned but so far we love it. The monitor has great range, I was able to take it all the way out in our backyard with out loosing signal. The picture is great and my husband loved being able to rotate the camera around to view different areas of the nersury and he likes the 2 way communication! I would highly recommend this product!

I had the levana astra and was looking for something with better video quality after my son threw the monitor and broke it. I purchased the Willow and the difference is night and day. It is very well made and the video quality is absolutely amazing!

I really wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get a video monitor! My son is now 2 years old and we have another baby on the way, due in 3 months. My son just started jumping out of his crib and we upgraded him to a big boy bed. This monitor allows me to keep an eye on him to make sure he is not getting into trouble. I really like the pan/tilt/zoom feature, the night vision and the 2 way speaker. The feed is a little delayed sometimes. When my son moves, it looks a little jerky. Overall, that is not a big deal for us in comparison to the benefits of this monitor.

Easy to Use and Secure!

This monitor worked so well for us. Our newest addition is a very light sleeper so peeking in the nursery isn't an option. The video is crystal clear so we can see what's going on in there without making any noise. Years ago when we first looked at video monitors my husband vetoed the idea completely out of security concerns. But when I found this model and showed him all the steps Levanna takes to make sure the monitor feed stays secure and that they focus solely on baby monitors he gave this the greenlight. So happy we could!
