Quality Video

My husband and I finished setting up the baby monitor last night and we were both very impressed by the quality of the video. After working in childcare for 7 years, I've seen almost every brand of baby monitor and the video on the Levana Shiloh is the best I've seen so far. The features are also much easier to navigate than other monitors I've used and we like that the camera swivels and zooms. The temperature gage also seemed to be accurate which in my experience is not always the case with other monitors. So far, we're pretty happy with our purchase.

We bought this I had thought it was able to move the camera from the monitor even though it doesn't like I wish it did, we are happy the quality of the Shiloh is wonderful

Power Issues

Working awesome for the first 4 months, now we have power issues. It's either the battery, plug, or cord. We're thinking they should send us new stuff for the trouble.

set up was so simple. just had to plug in camera and monitor and watched the monitor as i placed the camera and there was no annoying feedback when i close proximity so i could do it myself. The picture and sound quality is great!

I received this as a gift at my baby shower and even though our little man isn't here yet we already love it! The picture quality day or night is impeccable! I love the option of being able to talk to our baby even when we're not in the same room as him! I honestly am going to tell all my friends about this monitor, I know a few of them will be charming what they have been using! (:

Stopped Charging after 6 months!!!!!

I bought this video monitor while I was 9 months pregnant. We were so excited to set it up and start using it.. it worked great for awhile, but in the last few weeks, it has completely stopped charging. It will only work if it is plugged in and YOU are sitting there holding the cord... not real realistic. It's a very unnerving feeling knowing that your precious angel is sleeping/napping and the monitor that you spent $165 dollars on, will not work.
I give it 1 star, because i have called the manufacturer twice to try and get this worked out and no one answers & I have tried their so called "live chat" and "No one was available at that time"... 4pm in the afternoon... REALLY?
Horrible customer service.. really disappointed that such a necessary product would be so poorly made.
