Started out good....

This monitor was given to me as a gift, and it never was that dependable. I had to have the battery replaced almost immediately as the the one that came with it was "faulty". Now after 12 months, the 2nd battery has stopped working and the monitor won't work unless it is plugged in, but shuts off after about 30 minutes and I can't get it to work again. Not very happy...baby monitors should be reliable and dependable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had an issue with my temperature on the monitor. I spoke with Daniela and she was able to get out a new one in the mail quickly. I have 2 Levana monitors for my children and love them. I have had other brands in the past and these are by far of better function and quality

We bought the Shiloh baby monitor with an additional camera to replace Ayden (which stopped charging after 3 years of solid use). Shiloh pluses include the split screen, USB charging, touch screen, and clock on the screen. The range has been sufficient for our use. But for minuses, the "sleep" mode is not very sensitive/responsive at least in comparison to our old Ayden monitor; also when in split screen the "sleep" mode will not work. Overall, the Shiloh monitor works well and does its job but I wish it was a bit more responsive.

Great for visual monitoring!

We purchased this product a few months ago and it has been a great help in monitoring our baby girl. We see her rolling around, crying, laughing and playing with her stuffed animals. We only had minor issues, such as charging and the charging plug not connecting to the monitor correctly. Otherwise the monitor and camera are a great buy!

Great Video Quality-Problem With Charging Prongs

We love this monitor. So much so this is our 3rd one. The main problem we have had is the charging prongs on the base wear out and break.

I bought this product a couple of month ago for my baby. It was so easy to install and adjust the camera. The coverage of the display is quite nice in our home (3 story). The display quality is a huge plus too.
