Not the greatest sound

I bought this 4 months ago and it's already not charging.
Sound is terrible...can not hear clearly.
I would not recommend this model.

I bought this camera and have been so grateful for it! Constantly provides the best picture on the big camera screen.

We originally bought the the Alexa model but after a week or two of use the monitor no longer responded to the charger and so we called levana and was helped out by Daniela. She was quick to try and help over the phone with troubleshooting the issue, however when that failed to improve, she quickly started setting up a replacement monitor for us. We have used this on and off for about a week now and so far so good. Very impressed with Levana standing by the replacement/exchange warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needing a better signal

We bought this a couple of months ago but have unfortunately been disappointed. It has a very poor signal, and is constantly cutting out in our home. We took it camping and had the same issue, simply sitting outside our trailer. No other complaints with the unit, just wondering it this is a one off issue or if this is an ongoing issue with this model.

Great to Start...

I was given this as a gift and loved it! for the first little while. It was great, as my baby tends to make noises but is not actually waking up so I could see if she really needed me or was just cooing.
But now... the charging cable has stopped working and there is no sound. This is very frustrating. I had to search out another charging cable which is very short, not to practical and I am now carting two monitors around... the video screen and an old audio only walkie talkie style monitor.
Now starting the process to get this unit replaced. Ugh.

Broke in 3 months... but great customer service!

We started using this monitor in May and noticed that it was difficult to fit the adapter into the charging port. In August, the port came unattached and pushed inside the body of the unit so it is very difficult to get the unit to charge. Battery life
