I got this monitor as a replacement for my Alexa, which I loved as well. This one is touch screen, and has zoom.

I received this monitor as a baby shower gift and overall think it is pretty good. It is very easy to set up and I like the screen size. The video quality is good but the monitor doesn't always turn on when my baby makes a noise.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just got this system and its awesome the clarity of the live screen is amazing i haven't been able to use it yet for sound as baby isn't here yet. The monitor i did receive was cracked but the customer service i received from Shalamar was great and its being replaced!

Insufficient Battery

After following instructions, I was able to use the monitor for one week before it stopped taking a charge. I followed the trouble shooting tips as well. I think it's ridiculous that I have to pay for shipping for a new battery in order to resolve this issue. I'm a new mom trying to balance everything and to deal with this is something I did not need on my plate. I paid $100 for this item and I would have rather donated my money to a good cause as opposed to supporting this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wanted this to work better

I bought the Shiloh in order to pair with another camera already purchased. The screen is clear and while I wanted this to work, it continually freezes the screen. The location is only 2 rooms apart so it's disappointing to me that I continually need to pull the battery out and reset the monitor. Thankfully I can hear my child at night from the other room, but what happens if I go downstairs and the screen freezes and I miss it? Potentially this is a severe issue...
My wifi network is an up to date Google Mesh system so there's no interference from that, as another brands baby monitor never loses connection or freezes from my other child's room... Just disappointed that this should work better for the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Me and my husband received this monitor as a baby shower gift before our son was born.( wish we had it for our daughter) the picture is great! From daytime to night. Auto switches to night vision when it gets dark in the room. The rang could be a bit better, as we like to be outside a lot. But as long as the monitor and hand held screen says in the house works great.
Always nice to have a second set of eyes on the kids.
