When it works its great

I bought this monitor 5 months ago, about a month ago the charger was hard to get connected, then the moniter started randomly turning off. Currently we cant charge it and are with a monitor waiting for Levana to do something. That wasa lot of money for so ething that worked for 5 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My only complaint is that when we initially got the monitor and took it out of the box, the battery was completely dead. It took an additional week of us not being able to use the monitor for them to ship a new battery (Wish it could have been overnighted!). Customer service was prompt in answering my concerns, I just could have used the monitor during that time we were waiting on the battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We were very pleased with the set up and installment of this monitor. It's very user friendly and has nice, clear picture. We also like the fact that you can talk and play lullabies from the touchscreen monitor.

For less than a hundred dollars, it’s a decent system. The microphone is very sensitive, I can hear the smallest noises on the monitor. Low light visibility is fine. It’s a small camera with a small sensor so don’t expect a large dynamic range. As long as your lighting (including sunlight) is reasonably even and not too contrasty, your picture will be just fine.

I just purchased this camera for the crib in my parents in law's house. Not only was it easy to use, but the picture is clear and crisp. It brings so much peace of mind now.

I got this camera for a baby shower gift 8 months ago. I loved it initially until it stopped charging and the screen would just go black.
