A great purchase!

We bought this camera so we could easily watch over our 3 month old baby girl. We had originally purchased just a standard audio monitor thinking we wouldn't need the video feature but soon realized this wasn't the case. We were constantly in and out of the bedroom checking on our little one which would wake her up at times. The Shiloh is exactly what we wanted. It has a nice 5" screen which makes it easy to view from across the room if I have my hands in dish water and I accidentally leave it on the table. The temperature feature is nice especially if you have a central heat exchange system like we do (we recently discovered our babies room gets really warm in the afternoons so we can now dress her appropriately and don't have to worry about her being too hot or cold) . We love the night vision feature. It works great any time during the day (mind you we have black out curtains). We love the talk feature which allows you to talk to baby or a parent. The camera is easy to mount and tilts all around so you can get the perfect view of your little angel. My all time favourite feature is the Sleep Mode. The monitor goes into Power Save mode and only turns on if the baby starts to make noise or move around.
Our only complaint is that the video quality isn't perfect. It's pretty low grade and it lags a bit. Maybe a half second delay.
All in all we are very pleased with our purchase. Don't know how we lived without it!

I just purchased this monitor and despite a missing piece when I originally received it, I still have it up and running just days after ordering. The customer service I received, particularly assistance from Darrielle, was incredibly fast and very professional.
Only minor issue is the image quality in low light before night vision kicks in.
Overall very happy with this purchase.

Camera works great, the temperature is always a little off from our thermostat. However other than that it’s a great solid product!

It is an alright monitor but it cuts in and out signal and I don’t like how you can’t tuen volume off and have the volume kick on only when noise in the room. Other then that great
