We bought the Shiloh monitor to use at the grandparents house and when we go on vacation. We really like the temperature and volume indicator light features. I only gave it a 4 star because the instructions are lacking and it was a bit hard to position it to aim it at the playpen. The video quality and sound is great!

Video and sound quality are very good. Range is also great as well - can travel most places in our home and still have reception. Great product but received only 4 stars as the battery life could be better.

We just upgraded to this monitor from another brand, and are blown away! The clearest picture, the most amazing features, it’s incredible! My only regret is not buying it sooner!

Clear video and sound

We bought this baby monitor while transitioning our one-year-old into his own room and we couldn’t be happier. The clarity of the video is amazing as well as the sound. We will definitely be able to rest easy.

When technology breaks!

I already understood technology will break and battery will not last for long if it is heavily used. And I’m just glad that people Like Suzanne from Customer service is very active in addressing my needs. I’ve got no issues with the unit except when it’s not going to charge anymore. But if there is a good customer support, everything seems like nothing happen. And I thank you Suzanne and Levana.

Great buy, color changes from black and white to color on the monitor screen. Also picture is a bit fuzzy.
