I think the concept is great but the end result is not the best. The space is very constricting and removing the food it difficult. The app is not the most user friendly if you want to smoke an item that is not part of the pre-set recipes there is really no other support. The wood chips function only works on occasion. During a 4 hour smoke of ribs, I was only able to burn off one round of chips. The add chips button did not work when I would push it. Had it not been a father's day gift, I would have returned it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received for a bfday gift and first time was hard but second time was so easy and tasty

Got smokin in minutes

Really like to simple smoker. Easy to set up. Like the ability to make smaller batches for just two people but the flexibility to do bigger batches using the basket and extra racks. Also love the convience of electricity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible product

I bought this smoker quite some time ago. I didnt use it right away, but when I did get around to trying it out, it took way too long to get it set up, and connected. struggled though the prep, and was very frustrated to get through the first cook. It sat again for a couple months, as I was upset with how it worked the first time. I have tried it again, it connected and got started, but then lost connection and will not connect again. This has been an absolute waste of money, and has ruined 2 meals.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
