Good Cookin' and Great Eatin' - My Favorite Grill

Year 3 and I am so enjoying Infrared cooking-- we load it up with seasonal veggies (eggplant, squash, green peppers- whatever we have) and have great SEARING HEAT and flavor where it's needed and great control too + cooking to the edge. I have taken to use foil as a baffle for certain foods to keep the char flavor near and more captive heat when needed. Also I LOVE sprinkling a few apple or hickory chips prior to cooking steaks and chops. We do a whole beef Filet every Christmas that is absolutely SUPERB. I am known in the family for my salmon. For me an ordinary grill won't ever do after enjoying our TRU. P.S. - The side burner makes a great place to cook bacon for beans or BLT's and sausages for breakfast - no smell or clean up in the house and keeps the heat outside in summer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this grill every day. You don't have to worry about flare ups. I will buy another one.

This is probably my fifty CB infrared grill (one is a portable I have for tailgating). Love them and would probably still be using the original one but I like getting a new one every couple of years. This one is worth a few more dollars with the two piece burner/emitter plate set up. The emitter plates stay much cleaner and will last much longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this grill a couple weeks ago and I must say this is the BEST one I’ve ever had. Very even heat and NO flare ups. By far the best quality built grill I’ve ever seen or used! I LOVE this one for sure !

Cooks evenly and so easy to clean

The eye holes in the front take only a quick glance to ensure your burner is lit and the flame is the correct height.
The porcelain grills are a snap to clean.
I converted the four burner to natural gas .
The infrared grates do their job perfectly and to clean, I just leave the flame
on a few minutes and the grease chars and brushes off.
The led lights remind me to turn off the grill.

Replacement grills discontinued

I loved how it performed. The grill has a 10 year warranty, but 3 years into it they discontinue replacement grills?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
