Wow, this grill works great

I was looking for a new grill when I ran across the Char-Broil Signature Tru-Infrared 3 Burner grill. I was skeptical at first about the claims that this grill worked better than a typical gas grill but I bought it anyway. The first time I used it, I could see the difference. No flame ups. Even heating. Better tasting food. The stainless steel makes it so much easier to clean. One really nice feature is the tank fuel gauge. So many times I ran out of fuel because when I started the grill I didn't realize I was so low on gas, and I would run out before the food was cooked. Now with the gauge, I can see when I need to get a new tank full before I even start cooking. Thank you Char-Broil for this great working grill.

Really great grill

I love everything about this grill. The infrared system works really well on this grill. The new infrared trays keep all of the debris keeping it clean. The knobs are are set back under the top ledge keeping them grease free. I'm very glad that I dumped my old conventional gas grill and purchased this Tru-Infrared 3 grill. Also it seems to use a lot less fuel than my old grill.

I'm going on my third summer with this grill and I love it. Simply put, it cooks well and it holds up well. I don't know about all the hype about the tru-infrared, but here's what I like about that feature: I don't get flare-ups due to drippings or when I spray on cooking spray, and I can easily throw some woodchips right onto the grates to add smoke without them igniting or falling through. I don't think I'd go back to a grill without the plates. The temperature is even. The burners ignite right away, and if one goes out because of wind (very rarely an issue with this grill), it relights from the others, so I don't worry about that anymore. After 3 years, the push-button igniter sometimes takes a second or third push (even with a new battery), but it always lights eventually (might just need cleaning). I've got a few rust spots around the edges of the hood, but it's minor compared to previous grills at this age (I do keep it covered). All-in-all, I'd highly recommend the grill for the price.

This is a great grill. It is very sturdy and the infared cooks the food so evenly. I bought Model #463242515 last year and really enjoy cooking on it.

This is my first grill purchase and so far I am thrilled with it--we get fast, even cooking with no flare-ups due to the heat shields and diffuser plates, and we still get grill marks!
Very much enjoying this grill.
