Hard case cracked

I bought this Minnie Mouse hard case along with another 28in hard case and a couple 21in soft Disney pcs. My Minnie 28in hard case cracked after 2 trips. I called customer service and they said they couldn't do anything since it wasn't mechanical. Even though I owned it less than a year. The warranty they give is worthless unless your zipper fails. I was expecting better customer service.
Pros: Easy To Identify, Good Capacity
Cons: Poor Quality

I am diappointed with my experience of online shopping at Samsonite. The suitcase was much larger than expected and the "hard shell" seems like it is made of cardboard. The packaging it came in seemed to be a reused box, edges worn. I decided to return the product, which has cost me the shipping cost. No free returns and no exchanges offered. The time frame to return is 30 days from date of purchase. Lastly, the website return policy page did not reflect this, as whomever is in charge of maintaining the site did not update the 90 day holiday policy. So, in short, time and money wasted.
Cons: Poor Quality, Weak Seams

I absolutely love everything about my new Minnie Mouse hardside luggage! It's so cheerful and the gorgeous interior design makes me love this piece so much more than the regular luggage. The handle and wheels make it easy to handle at busy airports, too. I do wish I could buy an "in-between" size of 24-26 inches in the same design for my shorter 3 day trips. That size would be a welcome addition to my collection. Overall, the Disney American Tourister luggage pieces are of the best quality on the market today. Love this partnership!!!
