Great Buy!

I just bought this TV; wasn't even aware of it until the store manager said he just got it in. We have a small Philips LED TV and love it. This one is much better. The picture is beautiful and the sound is much better than I expected. Connecting to my PC via home network was very easy.
Pros: menu is very user friendly, sinple lan connection, small frame
Cons: can't find one yet.

Tv has amazing sound and picture quality and the price is so good u may want to get two, the internet apps are the best i have seen way better than the vizio i haf before

This product has a beautiful sleek design and excellent picture quality. The set-up was easy. The one button access makes it a simple to switch from TV to Net TV. I purchased this TV for my bedroom and I like everything about it so much that I am planning to buy another for the living room.

Excellent TV Love it I purchased it for the bedroom and it beats all the other TVs I have great options and style and quality!
Pros: great pricture, great sound, great apps (amazed it even had games), great options, great look and feel, free wireless
Cons: remotes a little cheap, i feel moving through the menus/apps is sluggish

Best Smart Tv

I have two other smart Tv's and this one is better then my other ones because it has all the app's you need and will use I'm very happy with the price as a matter of fact I think it should be priced higher I would easily pay one hundred dollars more and still be happy with this tv. The only down side is that it's not 1080p , but I'm ok with that.
Pros: has best apps
Cons: not 1080p

Purchased 2 of these TVs. Performance is as expected for newer digital television. Tuner seems to have better reception than previous generation digital TVs. Defaults settings needed overriding from initial setup so that TV displays in the broadcast format for a show rather than auto fitting it to the screen (unless you like distorted horizontal pictures).
"Add devices" is nice feautre so you don't have to remember that DVD player is HDMI2 or the VCR is Component.
Software upgrade through USB is straighforward as long as your USB memory stick is DOS/FAT format.
Info button only shows current program information. Does not show programming schedule for that channel like other other digital TVs.
Wifi doesn't connect using 5GHz media band.
Ackward manual entry for 64 character WPA2-PSK passphrases.
"Add devices" is nice feautre so you don't have to remember that DVD player is HDMI2 or the VCR is Component.

Overall great product!!

My Vizio got zapped by lightening, and although it was a good TV, I decided to go with the Philips because it included internet apps at the same price. After getting it home and setting it up, I was, and continue to be highly impressed with the quality of this product. Easy set-up, wonderful picture...it is great!!!
Cons: my only con is that it needs hulu included in apps

Fix the Startup Guide & User Manual Would be 5 stars

Short stubby USB stick in with remote. No where was it explained what to do with it. Had to call support right out of the box!
Then tried to use the extra features (Net TV) but could not get connected to internet. Again call to support found out first that TV should be within 30' of the router or the connection would be too weak. 1st recommendation was to move TV to another room or to buy a Powerline Internet AV Kit I(Ethernet plug in by TV and one by the router, so that I could get better internet connection. Additional $44 to get internet connection!
Then tried to use the extra features (Net TV) but could not get connected to internet. Again call to support found out first that TV should be within 30' of the router or the connection would be too weak. 1st recommendation was to move TV to another room or to buy a Powerline Internet AV Kit I(Ethernet plug in by TV and one by the router, so that I could get better internet connection. Box should have notification TV has to be within 30' or additional purchase is necessary to use all functions
