[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Vizio D-Series 50" TV in 2016 when our house was new. It was a great TV at first. Great picture, colors and resolution. After 5 years, it started having some dim areas. 2 years later, it has several dim areas. The LED strips are starting to fail. On a solid white screen, you can see which strips have failed. I won't buy Vizio again to only last 5-7 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
