Ease of use and features make it a good ac unit.

The energy Saving Mode is what really impressed me. I am all about saving energy and the LG 18000 btu ac unit does just that.

Very quiet and fits my purpose

This unit cools down very quickly upon turning it on. It removes quite a great deal of moisture from the house but the drain plug is very short so that the unit drips all over the place close to the house. I will try to attach an extension hose to send the water out into flower bed and try to keep it away from my house and deck. It is a very quiet machine when running. I like the powersave option.
I would purchase another unit in the future if needed.

Keeping Cool in TN

This window unit not only keeps the kitchen it's installed in cool, it cools down the adjoining dining room/office and living room very well (our floor plan is open so air circulates freely from room to room). I can set it on 'power save' or just use the 3 speed fan when I'm the only one home - that's a real money saver! It's a lot quieter than the portable unit we used last year and takes up no floor space, which I love. My husband and I installed it ourselves in a window that has a sill made in the late 1800s and the process was amazingly smooth. We are very satisfied customers.

Great wall unit for the price

My central air condition broke last summer and I live in a mobile home. When summer hits and its 100 degrees plus living in a tin can really is miserable. Thank goodness for LG and their wall air conditioners I was able to live inside my home and not melt.

FOR THE PRICE IT IS WORTH IT, I LIKE A PRODUCT THAT PERFORMS, I NOT ONLY FROM THE ADVERTISMENT ACPET THE PRODUCT BUT OBSERSE THE PERFORMANCE AND THE PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN GREAT, ITS ALSO EFFECTIVE WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A STANDING FAN KEEP MY APARTMENT COOL 24 HOURS. INSTALLATION WAS 123, INSTRUCTIONS WAS SIMPLE AND DIRECT.

Great Air Conditioner

Bought this air conditioner to replace a 14 year old unit that died. Has all the features I need, but especially like the Dehumidifier feature on this model as Florida summers are very humid. Would recommend this unit to someone who is in need of a new air conditioner.
