Love the space!

Bought this appliance about a year ago. Very attractive, lots if space. Only complaint is that we've already needed service. Customer service was very helpful in expediting tge repair, but we went a few days without refrigeration. Works great now!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Second Time is a Charm

I purchased a GE Profile Bottom Freezer refrigerator in 2007 and by 2012, I started having trouble with the freezer temperature going up and never coming down. Then the refrigerator temperature started going up and never coming down! I had several repair calls made and each time nothing fixed the problem. Finally in 2013 I was told that the main cooling component needed to be replaced and then I complained to GE that the refrigerator was only 6 years old. GE was very understanding and professional about this matter. They provided me with a brand new GE Profile at a very low cost in November 2013 and to this date, the GE Profile has worked without any problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HAD ONE ISSUE BUT OTHERWISE GREAT FRIDGE!

MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THE FRIDGE, THE WATER DISPENSED NONSTOP. CALLED GE, THEY SENT A TECHNICIAN TO REPLACE THE DISPENSER, THEY HAD A HARD TIME LOCATING THE CORRECT PART, NEARLY A WEEK WENT BY, THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PART, SO THEY SENT ME A NEW FRIDGE. ITS BEEN ABOUT 2 MONTHS SINCE AND NO ISSUES. THE OTHER ISSUE, IS THAT IF THE FREEZER IS LEFT OPEN ANYTHING LESS THAN ABOUT AN INCH (CARDBOARD IN THE WAY, KID DOESN'T CLOSE IT ALL THE WAY OR SOMETHING ELSE) THE DOOR ALARM DOESN'T GO OFF. HAD ONE INSTANCE WHERE I CAME HOME AND FOUND THAT IT MOST OF MY STUFF IN THE FREEZER HAD DEFROSTED OR MELTED BECAUSE ONE OF THE CARDBOARDS HAD GOTTEN IN THE WAY OF THE SEAL.

I bought this refrigerator to replace a GE Profile because of size. The old one had a serious design flaw that could not be repaired.

Best fridge for the size. Needing a width less than 35", I found this one with most of the features I wanted. Quiet and veggies stay fresh.

love the bottom freezer

I bought this product 6 months ago and love it... the only thing I would change is to have a ice tray in the bottom freezer
