[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time having an induction one and had to change many pots and pans :) . Yes it is fast and easy to clean, the only down point by now is the size of each pan I have and matching them with the right burner but I will get use to it

Induction Cooking - No need to fear!

My family and I have been using - it is easy to learn to use and works great! Love the ability to use parchment paper, etc. under pots/pans to keep cooktop clean! It still looks great after a couple months of cooking. Looks great too! Thanks

Works near perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And it hasd not taken long to get used to the fine tuning of levels and the rapid change. I love being able to turn it off and know that while the pot may be hot at that point (heavy cast iron particularly), the burner is essentially cool and cooking stopped. Similarly, it heats very quickly. We have also gottned used to using the timer. Kudos for making it very simple so that 2 touches and you're timing.
Frameless but mounted with the glass edge revealed. I am going to rout the wood counter so it will sit flush -I'm worried about the exposed edge of the glass getting hit by something sliding on the counter. Cleaning, while so much easier than a conventional range, is not trivial. The black shows everything. Also, with very little abuse, there is already a scratch in the surface (after 1 month). At this point, I'd buy it again.

Only reason not 5/5 stars is that I am concerned on how easy to scratch glass. I had an electric glass stove top for 15years ahead of this one and never had a scratch. We redid kitchen and I am only 2 months into use and the top already has a scratch.

Bosch electric induction cooking is a revelation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always believed that gas cooks best, but don't have if so moved from electric coils to Bosch smooth top which performed well for 15 years. I replaced that dependable old Bosch with a Bosch 800 induction cooktop and was promptly astounded at the precision and speed and cleanliness it gave my cooking. AND it cut my electric bill and decreased my carbon output.
