Easy to use

Excellent cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't have gas at our home so the ability to instantly control temperature with induction is the closest to a gas cooktop that you can get.

Sleek design, low profile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought our Bosch cook top. It is nice and sleek, easy to clean. Have been researching the proper cookware to use with it. Have purchased a few pieces and they are working very well with the new cook top. Heats rapidly, the top stays cool
in the area around the heating elements. Pleased so far with everything about the stove top.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed 3 weeks ago. It looks very nice. It did take some adjusting to get used to cooking with induction. Overall, I'm very happy with it. It is a bit difficult to keep clean, but I've never had a glass cooktop before. The delivery people forgot to give me the Use and Care Manual (luckily my husband found it!) and I think the razor blade scraper mentioned in the manual must've been thrown out with the box.

Great Cooktop

We remodeled our kitchen last year and I'm so happy we went with the induction and I'm also happy I went with the 36" cooktop. It is very user friendly and I love the sleek clean look of my island where the cooktop is installed. We were able to have a drawer under the cooktop, Our cabinet installer made that happen and I'm super happy with that drawer!

I had hoped for more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I learned about induction, I thought it would be way more advantageous and precise than it is. I find it much harder to gauge the heat than a gas cooktop and heating takes longer too. Of course, there is the SpeedBoost function, but it's difficult to know how long to do that for and if you already have food or oil in the pan, it's best to avoid the SpeedBoost. Finally, the heating elements are not consistent. A 5 on one element could be a 6 on another element. I'm uploading a video that shows two of the same pans. The one on the right is at 5 and the sauce is simmering vigorously, while the one to the left (on the center element) is at 5.5 and is simmering languidly. I ended up cranking it to a 6 to match the one on the right and the center element is supposed to be the most powerful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
