Great Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife convinced me to convert from a Gas Cooktop because she didn't like the idea of being exposed to gas fumes in the house. I'd used electric stoves before and I hated them. Induction is a whole different experience. It heats super fast, responds extremely fast (up and down), and gives you excellent control. Bosch is an excellent value and their customer service is excellent.

We love induction

Our hope is to always have a kitchen with an induction. The Bosch is new to us and wonderful so far. We deducted one star because we wish it had a stainless frame on all four sides.

Easiest clean-up ever!

Amazing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third induction cooktop that we have owned. Both of the others performed well but died after a couple of years. This cooktop's performance is so much better than the others that it is not worth comparing them. This thing is simply amazing.

It is Fast and Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I remodeled my kitchen, I went from an electric exposed burner to an electric smoothtop. It was a mistake. I hated it almost immediately because it burned almost everything onto the glass and it took a long time to make temp changes with what I was cooking.
I bought a 110 Induction hob after doing some research and started cooking on that until I could find an induction cooktop that would fit my current cutout in the counter. Bosch was able to fit in the cutout.
The Bosch cooktop was an instant hit. Very fast, responsive and will cook anything better than any other type of electric powered appliance. If you want to cook rice, there is no better device. Frying is very fast and with certain pan types (rolled steel), you need much less power than you would with heavier cast iron pans.
This cooktop has all the features needed to make your cooking easier, is more efficient and responsive than gas and has power to spare.

Love it

Actually the speed boost heats up so fast that I was not prepared for it at all. It is very beautiful, too, next to my Carrara quartz counter top.

Induction Cooking is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cooked on a traditional electric cooktop for many years. When we remodeled the kitchen, we installed the Bosch Induction cooktop. It is superb - controls are intuitive, and control of heat level is even better than traditional gas cooktops. Element timer feature is especially nice.
