Have been using NIMH for quite a few years thought the bunny was the best but was amazed by Rayovac's performance worked as well after initial charge and held the charge far longer than any other brand I used!
Use them in a 30 size remote control helicopter 7 channel they are the best I have ever seen. the helicopter sat with batteries in them for 2 years they still had a charge left in then I now use them in my LED flash light I use for work!. The NIMH Duracel's I bought a year ago don't charge any more nor does the Energizer but the Rayovac batteries I bought 3 years ago reluctantly was cheaper in cost but has proven to be the best buy and highest quality I have ever used!. I bought new batteries for the helicopter that I plan to fly this summer needless to say you know what I bought Yes Rayovac!
Who ever designed these batteries and manufactures them keep up the good work!

I BOUGHT A LARGE NUMBER OF AA AND AAA BATTERIES AND THE UNIVERSAL CHARGER. I ALSO HAVE A BATTERY ANALYZER. AFTER FULL CHARGE ON PLUS CHARGER MY ANALYZER SHOWS BATTERIES ARE FROM BEING CHARGED TO FULL PLUS CAPACITY, REQUIRING CHARGER IN MY OTHER CHARGER TO CAPACITY.

it seems to me that this is a standard battery charger with no special features such as maybe a computer chip that monitors the charge. also would have been nice If the battery charger tells you if the batteries have worn out or will no longer take a charge. I purchased a rayovac smart charger for my aa & aaa batteries but would have been nice if this charger would have offered these same features too.

Only charges pairs of cells, either 2 or 4, but works with all the common sizes. For regular use I prefer a smart charger which does each cell separately, so it can do odd numbers of cells too but of course those cost much more. The cells are charged slowly for long battery life too. As long as you don't need an odd number of cells for anything, this will work just fine at a very good price.

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did. I am a PE teacher and I can't tell how often this has come in handy to assist with the special needs students. It truly is a miracle that I came across this.
