This battery pack is great! I use my S7 Edge all day, over 15 hours, and when the phone and battery pack are fully charged, I still have 60% to 70% battery left on my phone at the end of the day. The only drawback is it does not work with the Fast Wireless charger I also purchased. That's my mistake as I misread the features on both. But I wouldn't give up either of them.
Pros: long lasting, easy to use

Got my case and after using 4 times stopped taking a charge. In the process of exchange. This appears to be an issue from what I have read. Hope my exchange works.
Pros: Lightweight

I really like this case, and would highly recommend it, except for the quality issues. My first one lasted about 5 months before it stopped taking a charge, and the replacement that I bought lasted about 3 months.
Cons: Poor quality

Great case but flawed design

I've only owned the case a few hours so I can't give a thorough review of its functionality but I can say that instantly I noticed there isn't much lip for phone retention. I blew on the camera, as if I were blowing out dust, and the phone fell right out the case. What's with that Samsung? I expect my high dollar case to protect my high dollar phone a little more than whats offered with the Samsung backpack. It's such a simple fix that I don't understand how the current design made the cut. I mean was there no field testing? The case needs more retention around the edges. I'm just not confident with the cases current retention, so scared the phones gonna fall out. Other than that, it does everything it claims.
Pros: wireless charging on-the-go, minimal bulk
Cons: retention lip should be better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can't get mine to charge after owning it for a week now, idk if its faulty or has other issues but I can't find any troubleshooting information on this and idk what to do or where to go from here

I guess I jumped the gun here and didn't REALLY read the description of this item. This case CAN NOT be used as a daily case .. the purpose is for just charging on the run only. The case will NOT hold your phone firmly in place like a proper case will. I figured that since the device uses wireless charging to send to the phone, that it would have been wireless charging itself when placed on a charging QI pad .. this is not the case. The ONLY wireless part about this, to the phone ONLY. Item must be plugged into a wall charger. This is not what I expected .. and will be returning this for a full refund. I need a battery attachment that can be used as a daily case, wireless charging on both ends, case and case to phone.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, cannot be used as daily case, will not hold phone securely

Luckily I paid for this with a gift card and didn't come straight out my pocket will give u one about 40 % charge before dies I'm going to try Different brand
