Plastic base breaks very easily.

The slightest over tightening makes the base (which is required to form a seal) crack, rendering the entire product useless. I couldn't be more disappointed with my purchase.

The blender was a gift a few years ago and worked great; even purchased the blender bottles but now it appears to have burnt out. It shut off while blending and will not turn back on. Is there anyway of getting it fixed or another model that fits the same blade units at a reasonable price?
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve burnt out 2 now, but it’s a good blender, and I have spare upper jars, so I rebought it; I’ll just be more careful or use my Magic Bullet for the hummus, it does the trick, just smaller amounts.

need to order a replacement blade unit

I received this as a gift, and have had it about a year. The blade unit needs to be replaced, it cracked, how can i order one. I hate to throw the whole thing away, the motor is sometimes slow but it still works

Works Fine, but the blade has rusted

This blender does the job for the price. However, I am wondering if you have replacement blades as it rusted easily. Please let me know how I can obtain a new blade! Thank you.
