Great Gas Wall Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this single wall oven at the end of the summer. I had bought this oven in particular because there are so few options for a 24 inch gas wall oven. I was replacing an old oven and I was unable to go for a larger version. After having it installed for a few months now, I'm finding many things that I don't like. 1. The alarm is not very loud at all and only beeps once so if you don't hear it, your food is burnt! 2. The beeps is not very loud so I have no idea if it's pretty heated! There's no indicator on the screen that tells you either. 3. It's very hot on the out side. Ex: if you want to turn on the light, the Button is about 5 degrees away from burning you. 4. IT STOPPED WORKING! About 1.5 months after it was installed, it's stopped heating up! Turned out the igniter isn't working, it's brand new! Why is it already broken? 5. The broiler door is spring loaded so I always think when I open it that it's about to fall off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not working. Ugh!

I bought my stove in May after waiting 2 months for delivery. It just stopped working - will not light at all. Two kids and no dinner. What do I do next ???

Thank you for sharing your wall oven review with us, tgu sad. I regret to hear that your wall oven is not working. Is your wall oven plugged onto a GFI outlet? If so, plug it into a non GFI outlet. Is the gas supply turned on? If so, does any part of the oven work (clock, etc.)? If not, please make sure a breaker or fuse has not been tripped. If not, does “Loc” appear in the display if you push any button? If so, the Oven Lockout feature has been activated (press and hold clear/off for 3 seconds to unlock). Does ”sd” or “dddd” appear on the clock display? If so, the clock is in sales demo mode (press and hold the “bake time” button for 6 seconds to exit sales demo mode). Please interrupt power to the wall oven at the breaker box for 3 full minutes and reapply power. Should you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly by calling our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287 for assistance. The hours for the Customer Engagement Center are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8am to 6pm EST. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

To Small For Cutout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cutout is 42-1/8 inches high.This wall oven includes a trim for the bottom of oven. However, after the installation of the oven and trim, there's a 3-4 inch ugly looking gap underneath oven.
