Hey youme, I regret that you feel the broiler is not strong enough. Your oven has two broil settings and three positions so you can get the broil experience to fit your cooking needs. Gas Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas oven was purchased and installed the end of June 2016. Within several weeks, I began to have a problem with the oven taking a long time to ignite. The problem was a faulty gas valve. I was shown the defective part, and it was brand new. Shouldn't the parts that make up an appliance be more carefully inspected?

Jury is still out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than 1 month after purchase we had to file a warranty claim to replace the control center. Naturally the repair shop didn't have the part so it had to be ordered. Its working now but the controls are tricky and there is a learning curve. Well see how it goes.

Product is just OK

It arrived with a small dent on the side and a broiler tray that had not been completely glazed and which needed to be replaced. It is difficult to hear the "beep" when the oven reaches the required temperature or when the timer goes off. I don't have a high level of confidence that this will be a long-lasting product. Workmanship is relatively inferior. Company needs to improve its quality control.

Broken after only 4 months

My Poor Oven

I brought this oven September 2016 and it worked fine. The only problem was that the bottom oven drawer door was poorly designed. It does not open and close like most oven doors. You have to lift it up to close it. The process of lifting the door causes a loud metal to metal sound. In March of 2017 my oven stopped working. The electronic ignition switch failed to ignite the gas burner. This has happened 3 times now. I once thought I had a very good working oven, ...but now????? I would like to replace it if I could.

Was shipped from factory with internal gas leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed it smelled gas. Replumbed gas connection. Still smelled gas. Called for warranty repair and tech found that internal gas tubing from regulator to valve was causing the leak because it had not been properly installed at factory. Oven works fine now, but spent more time and money getting it working than I would have liked.
