Small but powerful

Received last week and tested over the weekend at our property. It works great and seems to have a reasonably long battery life (we did not exhaust battery in our usage). the light is very bright and easily lit the trails we walked on. Convenient ways to attach to shirt or jacket or to hang up in the tent. Took a few minutes to get familiar with how the controls work. Highly recommended! (I have one of each Biotite product and use them frequently and have had excellent performance.

Powerful and little!

Great size to fit into a purse or pocket. It charged fast and seems to hold a charge. It does take a bit of practice to get the various light options to work.
The light is very bright - I've used it while walking to my car and home. Plan to get a few more so I have them in various rooms and emergency bags.

Wyoming Travels

I didn't realize this was going to be such a handy light when I ordered it. I have only had it a week, but it has become my "go to" light. I had planned on carrying it for a tent lantern in my pack, but it quickly got transferred to my shirt pocket as a personal carry light. I have used it more than my headlamp, because of it's adaptability. It was a tent lamp, table lamp, headlamp, and signal lamp this weekend. Very handy! 2 of these and 2 Smartphone were kept charged on the 5 and 5+ solar chargers with ease, in Wyoming. That's impressive.

BioLite's unique design and implementation

I am constantly amazed at the creative engineering that goes into BioLite products. Case in point; this handy little bike/charger/camping light.
Upon 2 day receipt of two of these lights I easily mounted them to my wife's and my bicycles. The bike mount is simple to install, both horizontally and vertically, so it can go on a fork or handlebar with ease. Learning the process of controlling the various light options with a single switch took a bit of rewiring in my brain. But once I actually read the no-frills manual and stopped assuming, it quickly became second nature. My only concern was the 2 second hold and lock function. I can't seem to wrap myself around the purpose and correct use of it. But again, I blame my 50 year old brain, not BioLite.
Once on the road in the dark, I was amazed at the light output. You're not only well seen and conspicuous to vehicles, but you can see well yourself up to about 10 feet or 3 meters ahead. Bravo for the bike light!
The charging aspect works well, though the output of this little battery had a tough time keeping up with my rather large smartphone and its voracious energy appetite. It works well in a pinch to keep one connected. Great implementation!
Finally, use as a general purpose utility light was just phenomenal. The multitude of options really adds to the appeal of this little jewel!
Once again, BioLite has created a well thought out, elegant design with great function and form.
Kudos and keep it up!

My work and play light

First let me say the power light mini is an awesome mini light...I have used this light ice fishing at night while jig sticking for the past 2 weeks.I attached the mini to my breast pocket for hands free light, result was excellent!! At work I must go into many basements working for a utility company,and yet again great lighting. The wire clip stand was stable and tight to my breast pocket. I own many biolite products, another great idea folks. ..an extremely satisfied CUSTOMER. .

Mini Equals Max

This is a small bundle of awesomeness. I love the small size and the fact that it has red light settings, make it even better. It is definitely my new favorite small light. I purchased it as a hammock light, but it will be used for many other needs around my house and I plan on purchasing some more for my vehicles. Once again, BioLite has exceeded my expectations. I should have come to expect it. I own all of their electronic products and have never been disappointed.

Be noticed when needed Mini Light

We just got our PowerLight Mini. We love it, in fact ordered another.
Using for Car, vacation, travel this light does it all. Bright, Flashing, red light when needed. Better than a flashlight takes less space and very light in weight. We are Sr. Citizens and this fits all our needed.

Good light so far with one reservation

This seems to be a great light so far, but the port cover is terrible. It will not stay covering the ports and the use of the wire clip will eventually tear the cover off. I'm debating just cutting it off to save the constant annoyance of having to press it down to allow the clip to pass over it. Since it won't stay put, the ports are essentially open all the time anyway.
Other than that, it's intelligently built and provides a nice bright, diffuse light that is excellent for area illumination. The flashing modes would be very nice on a bicycle. Clip is a great addition as well.
