Electric skateboard riders: this review is for you!

For the 74 reviews of this product, no one has mentioned their experience using this little light while long boarding. I ride the Zboard 2 which has integrated headlights and tail lights. I do however want to be more visible to drivers at night which is why I easily clip two Biolite Powerlight Minis to the outside pockets of my Topo Design Kletterseck. Aside from feeling safe, it just looks cool. Anyone played Zelda Breath of the wild and meet travelers at night with lanterns attached to their backpacks? Yeah it looks like that but better.

Nifty little light

Originally bought the bike kit few months ago and wound up using the lights for other things.
This time I bought the light kit again for use with my bike. The main use for this light is as a reading light when I go camping. While lying on my back I flip the stand around and place the light on my chest or stomach.

Functional, excellent visibility: might be able to mark up an emergency LZ with these? Even spread of light is great for close up work.
Wire leg is great for staking down w/tent pegs when used as camp ground marker.

note: one I just bought had particularly loose movement in wire leg. Curiosity finally got the better of me, so took the back off. Found one of shoulder piece broken, but still in one piece, more or less. My guess is over extention when in stand position. I would’ve been worried about it if not for the stainless steel back case. I do appreciate your QC/pressure testing guys, but don’t break it before I can!

I live on about 5 acres with 2 dogs that go out every 2 1/2 hours after dark. I use a mobility scooter and this mini light clips onto the front of my basket, giving me enough light to keep an eye on the boys without blinding them while walking the grounds. It also frees my hand so I'm able to unholster without fiddling with the flashlight. When going grocery shopping after dark it allows me to be seen in the parking lot. The factory light on my scooter is useless, shines into the basket and drains the battery quickly. I do recommend this product for it as many uses. I have two with plans on purchasing more.

Don’t let the size fool you

These little lights really put out the light! I bought one of the after the first introduced them, and didn’t take long to order a second. I have many Biolite products now and love them all, But these little minis get used most frequently and have never disappointed. And if you use the dimming feature like I do, the charge lasts a REALLY long time. Worth every penny!

This is a great little flashlight hang it on your pocket set it up on a table read by the light in your tent hook it on your bike. It's go anywhere light it really works great in any circumstance. Another Grand bio light product
