This is very fine machine, but I remain concerned about the screen functions. Witout an actual keypad, it the screen fails, the machine is most likely not usable. Bring back the keypad. Even if one or two keys don't work, you can still use the machine.

Reliable Performance

We have just had our printer for about two months but so far it has performed flawlessly. We feed church bulletin blanks, colored paper stock and regular copier paper. We use the two-sided feature regularly. So far, no issues and no jams. Excellent!

Fast, User Friendly

One thing that we can not figure out how to cancel out: the fax will say receiving - for minutes. This holds up other functions. UG says press 'X" to cancel. It won't cancel. Can't turn off, says busy. Ultimately have to unplug printer. I believe Brother can fix this and that is why I would still recommend. It is a fast printer, fast copier, and fast duplex scanning. Thumbs up!

issues: if I try to scan more than 20 pages in feeder, they get clumped together...dirty line thru all scanned materials, pathway to name file too long, needs to be turned off frequently to find the wireless connection

The big issue is that the MP tray does not pick up paper when the tray is on Auto. It must be put on MP.

Good printer, terrible connectivity via wifi. It has to be reset everytime I have a printing job. No support for this issue and no info on the manuel .

This printer has incredible features and it has performed beyond what I had expected. The wireless printing from my laptop, notebook, tablet or phone is quite easily accomplished from wherever I am in the house. Thus far it has outperformed all the printers I have had in the past. The setup was flawless and I am quite satisfied with my purchase.
