Nice machine for the office

One of the fastest printers Brother has made .
Pricey but worth it
Not pretty but get the job done with few problems .
High capacity cartridge with fast fast printing
Wireless works well also
I like it better than HP

Good printer

Good medium size printer and good features, but when you use the printer connected (network) on more of 3 computers the scan option doesn't work properly on all the PC's (sometimes you can not find your PC on the display to scan) Hope this issue can be fixed soon.... I have 3 more printers, same model, same issue...

I think I will like the duplex if I can ever figure it out. I figured out the ID printer, but not for an 82 page report I want 2 sided. I haven't needed to fax or scan but my IT guy did so successfully. I would like to shorten the time between sending data and printing that data. First I need to find a longer telephone cord so I can move the printer somewhere else except for under my shelving. Right now I can't open the cover very far at all. I'm sure I'm going to love this all in one when I have time to work with it.

A mid-range printer.

This is a good printer for a home but can't see it in an office setting. Tends to print light and with sploshes. This wouldn't work for an office printer. Somewhat clunky to set up for some reason. The disk was useless, so download drivers online. You definitely need to be selective as to what you download when installing. My computer running Ubuntu Linus is still not operational. I will have to play with it to get it to work. Overall, the price was right.

The scanner is quieter and faster speed

I liked the scanner and printing speed. The scanner is very quiet. I don't like the dark color. I would think the copy would look better with fluorescent green, blue, pink, and red?

Easiest wireless set up ever!

I had this printer set up and running on my network in less than an hour. In an additional 30 minutes I had the apps installed on 2 iPhones and 2 iPads as well. I was anticipating spending an entire afternoon to get this accomplished, but it worked flawlessly.
