You are a fantastic company. My Canon, a personal use printer, just wasn't working for me. Your head office Customer Service was excellent directing me back to the Grande Prairie store was excellent as well. Kudos to your store Manager and the reps!!!

I ordered the wrong ink cartridge for my Brother laser. I returned to the Orillia store, and they helped me choose the right cartridge for my printer. They took my first order back and gave me the right cartridge. No fuss, no muss!! Way to go Best Buy. I love doing all my office and home supplies from you.
