I was required to get this software because my Blu-Ray Driver wouldn't read B-R discs w/o it, apparently something of a new development that is so recent, most techs are unaware of it. I don't care for the graphics compared to the MediaPlayer, it isn't as fluid, intuitive or user -friendly and I'd love to find a way to avoid the pages of ads!
Cyberlink lists an 800# in their manual which is not a working number and 'Contact Us' continually loops you back to FAQ...Where I'd learn that actually speaking with tech support requires you pay a fee and arrange an appointment. I'm not a fan, yet I have no choice if I want to watch something which happens to be Blu-Ray!
